Gloria Molina honored U.S. Marine Corps (USMC) Brigadier General Angela Salinas during a formal ceremony at today’s meeting of the Board of Supervisors.  In August 2006, Salinas became the first Latina to attain the rank of USMC general officer and the sixth female in the Marine Corps to reach the rank of brigadier general.  MORE
